At the end of it, you'll see a fullbody exercise that will increase your heart rate gently while working on your coordination and balance. Do it for 1 to 3 minutes, until you feel that you are breathing faster and are feeling warm.
I do not demonstrate the jumping option here as I want to keep this warm up accessible to everyone. But I will publish an advanced warm up later.
