Let's dance and squat!
This is a simple choreo that will moderately increase your heart rate and make a great legs workout.
It combines bodyweight squats with agility as you turn around quickly.
Make sure to keep your feet always in line with your knees! It is a super important drill to master to avoid knees injuries. You can do this song without impact, and can also avoid the rotation simply by squatting on the spot. (option not shown on the video).
