This is a great track to do planks, mountain climbers and pushups while having fun. (as much as this is possible for you, lol).

With this track, you'll be working on core strength, shoulders stability and triceps strength.


Regressions: Don't hesitate to do this track on a table or a chair focussing on keeping your hips as stable as you can before attempting it on the floor.
