If your glutes are too tight, they can cause you to have a sore lower back. If you are like me, it can even cause you to have shooting nerve pain while walking. That is why I wanted to show you this stretch on my first "GET IT" video.
There are a lot of ways to stretch those muscles. But today, I’ll show you the easier one that can be performed while seated.
Please do not perform this stretch if you had a hip replacement or any other contraindication.
