Your glutes (Maximus, Medius, Minimus) are responsible for extension, internal rotation and abduction of the hip.
Weak glutes or lazy glutes (that don't activate when they should) often leads to pain in the hips, lower back, and knees. It can also lead to tight hamstrings and pelvic instability.
Unfortunately, most people don't use them properly during basic motion patterns like walking and sitting. Let's find out if YOU know how to engage your glutes. And if you use them when needed?
Other people also suffer from weak glutes. If it is your case. there are a lot of exercises here on my website that you can do to make them stronger.
