Cardio workout in music

This choreo is a cardio workout that will make you sweat and challenge your balance and your core. You'll find progressions of 3 of my favorite exercises: the hurdle, the skater and the mountain climber. Always remember to adjust the intensity to your needs, and to land softly if you choose to jump. Do a warmup before doing this song.
