Service Description
Challenge your body and your mind. We will work on cardio, strength and mobility. But also balance and coordination to reduce the risk of falls and delay the signs of ageing as long as possible. Equipment needed: - A mat - 2 light weights or 2 identical bottles of water. IMPORTANT NOTICE: By booking a class, you testify that you are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or impairment that has been considered as a contraindication to exercise by any medical practitioner. You acknowledge that participating in exercise involves a risk of serious injury or even death from various causes including but not limited to: overexertion, dehydration, or falls. By booking this class, you accept all those risks and hereby indemnify and release "Fit and Fun Life", (and any person or body directly and indirectly associated with it) against all liability , claims or demands connected with the participation in this exercise program.
