This program is for adults who are still able to do high impact aerobic and floor workouts.
It is designed to keep you fit and learn how to avoid injuries as your body starts to show the first signs of ageing. It is the recommended program for corporate wellness.
This class is for people who:
- Have a sedentary lifestyle
- Work an office job full time
- Start to see the Kgs accumulate
- Have no motivation to train alone
- Are bored with classic machines training
Note: This is a High intensity Interval training class, ask your doctor if you are able to participate before joining.
