You probably know the importance of cardiovascular activity. But why speed and agility?
Because you need to train your primary and secondary nervous systems to react quickly to avoid falls and keep good reflexes. 

The class is held in ZOOM, so you will not be training alone! I will be training with you all the way! Sweating and teaching you everything you need to know to get you fit in no time.  

This class is for you if you:

   - Have a sedentary lifestyle

   - Suffer from osteoporosis 

   - Want to lose weight 

   - Have no motivation to sweat alone

   - Have no cardio equipment at home

 

Note: This is a High intensity Interval training class,  ask your doctor if you are able to participate before joining.
