Service Description

This is a standing full-body workout that will mainly work on your strength. We will target every muscle of your body with enough intensity to create an increase in strength. Equipment needed: - A chair - An elastic band - A bottle of water IMPORTANT NOTICE: By booking a class, you testify that you are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or impairment that has been considered as a contraindication to exercise by any medical practitioner. You acknowledge that participating in exercise involves a risk of serious injury or even death from various causes including but not limited to overexertion, dehydration, or falls.
