This class is a standing adaptation of pilates and yoga exercises. We will hold the poses longer than usual, and take time to think about alignments and breathing. It will help you to stand tall, avoid falls and reduce back pain by strengthening and stretching specific muscles. Equipment required: - A chair - A bottle of water - An elastic band IMPORTANT NOTICE: By booking a class, you testify that you are not aware of any medical condition, injury, or impairment that has been considered as a contraindication to exercise by any medical practitioner.
