Fit for Life - Mat workout

Mix of pilates and yoga exercises (on the floor)

Service Description

This class will be held on the floor and will use specific Pilates and Yoga exercises to strengthen your core, correct your posture and keep you mobile. The only equipment necessary will be: - A mat (and a pillow if it makes you more comfortable when kneeling) - a bottle of water (or some weights) - A scarf or belt If it is uncomfortable for you to be on your wrists, you can use a pair of weights, or what is called "push up handles".
