Should I train differently with age?
Yes! Each age group has different physical and psychological needs. For example, science shows that on top of strength and cardio exercises, seniors also need regular mobility and balance exercises.
How many times per week should I train?
Whatever your age, it is recommended to train 3 times per week minimum on nonconsecutive days. But you should also move 45 min during your "rest" day, even if it is only walking the dog or doing house cleaning.
What is the best training for me?
It is one that you understand and enjoy. Understanding a move will allow you to use it in everyday life. And enjoying it will motivate you to exercise long enough to see progress.
